Open the avatar menu (top-right) → Team and you'll see a two-button toggle at the top: Members and Activity. Members is the usual grid of people and roles; Activity opens the activity report — a quick read on how your team is engaging, member by member, over a window you choose.
The Activity toggle only appears if your role includes the View team activity report permission (the Owner and the Administrator role have it). And whether anything is recorded at all is an account-wide switch — Team activity tracking under Account settings → Options — so if it's off, the report is empty for everyone.
Opening the report
The report lives behind the Members / Activity toggle on the Team page.
Open Team
Click your avatar (top-right) and choose Team.
Switch to Activity
At the top of the page, click Activity on the Members / Activity toggle. The report replaces the members grid.
Pick a date range
Use the range selector on the left of the toolbar. The windows are Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), This month, Last month and Last 12 months.
Then your role doesn't include the View team activity report permission — you'll only ever see the Members grid. Ask an Administrator to enable it for your role, or check whether Team activity tracking is switched off for the account (below).
Reading the report
The report is a table with one row per team member. A note at the top reads Shows each member's app-active time and actions in the selected period. Active time is measured while the app tab is open and focused — a usage estimate, not a timeclock.
| Column | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Member | The teammate (avatar + email). |
| Time | Active time — app-active time in the period, measured while the IcloneU tab is open and focused. |
| Approved | Replies authorized — AI replies the member approved. |
| Sent | Messages sent — messages the member sent while handling conversations. |
| Contacts | Contacts edited — contact records the member changed. |
| Responses | Responses edited — post-reply edits the member made. |
| Automations | Automation changes the member made. |
| Knowledge | Knowledge added — knowledge sources the member added. |
| Last active | When the member was last seen active. |
The metric headers are abbreviated so they fit their narrow columns. Hover one to see the full name, and note that Export CSV writes the full names into the file.
When there's nothing for the chosen window, the report reads No activity in this period. To take the numbers outside the app, click Export CSV on the right of the toolbar — it downloads the rows for the range currently selected (change the range first if you want a different window).

Active time is an estimate, not a timeclock
Active time reflects time with the IcloneU tab open and focused. It undercounts work done off-tab — thinking, a phone call, another app — so treat it as a rough sense of engagement, not hours worked, and don't use it as a payroll or attendance record.
Turning activity tracking on or off
Whether any of this is recorded is an account-wide control, not a per-person one. Go to Account settings → Options → Team activity tracking. It's a single on/off switch, on by default, described in-product as Record what your team members do and their app-active time, shown on the Team ▸ Activity report.
The help text spells it out: When off, no activity or presence is recorded for anyone on this account. One owner or administrator sets it once for everyone. With it off, the Activity report has nothing to show; turning it back on starts recording again but does not backfill the time it was off.
Frequently asked
Your role doesn't include the View team activity report permission. The Owner and the Administrator role have it; other roles have it only if an Administrator enabled it. Without it, the Team page only ever shows the Members grid.
No. It measures time with the IcloneU tab open and focused, so it misses work done off-tab. The report itself calls it a usage estimate, not a timeclock — use it as a sense of engagement, not attendance or payroll.
Yes — turn off Team activity tracking under Account settings → Options. It's account-wide, so once it's off, no activity or presence is recorded for anyone. The report will be empty for the period it was off.
The rows for the date range currently selected. Pick the window you want first, then click Export CSV. The button has nothing to export when the report is empty.
