This Cookie Policy explains how Hermes AI, S.A.P.I. de C.V., commercially known as IcloneU (“IcloneU”, “We”, or “Us”), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website at www.icloneu.ai (the “Site”) or use our platform (the “Platform”). What they are: Cookies that enable the Site and Platform to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by IcloneU or by third-party providers whose services we have integrated.
Can you opt out? Yes. If you do not allow these cookies, some personalization features may not function properly.
What they do: Remember your language preference; retain your display settings; personalize your dashboard layout; store interface preferences so you do not have to reconfigure them on each visit.
3.3 Marketing Cookies — Optional
What they are: Cookies used to measure the effectiveness of IcloneU’s own advertising campaigns and to show IcloneU ads to users who have previously visited our Site (retargeting). These cookies are set by our advertising technology partners (Meta and Google) on behalf of IcloneU.
Can you opt out? Yes. If you do not allow these cookies, you may still see IcloneU advertisements on other platforms, but they will not be based on your previous visit to our Site.

3.4 Analytics Cookies — Optional
What they are: Cookies that allow us to count visits and traffic sources to measure and improve the performance of our Site and Platform. They help us understand which pages are most popular and how visitors navigate the Site.
Can you opt out? Yes. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not know when you have visited our Site and will be unable to monitor its performance.
What they do: Count page visits and unique users; measure session duration and bounce rate; identify the most and least popular pages; track navigation paths; generate anonymized reports for site performance improvement.
4. Cookies and Video Content
IcloneU serves its own self-hosted video content on the Site. We do not set third-party video cookies when you browse the Site as a visitor.
If IcloneU ever embeds third-party video content (such as a hosted video player) in the future, such content will fall under the optional Personalization or Marketing cookie categories described above, and any associated cookies will only be set with your consent through the Privacy Preference Center.
Where a signed-in client chooses to connect their own third-party video account (such as YouTube) to the Platform, that connection is governed by the relevant provider’s terms and the provider’s own privacy policy, in addition to our Privacy Policy.
