IcloneU gives you control over the personal data it holds about you. Whether you run a Clone or simply talked to one, you can exercise your privacy rights through a single online form — Exercise your privacy rights on the data request page. IcloneU verifies your identity and responds within the timeframe your local law requires, and you don't need to be signed in.
IcloneU does not sell your personal data, and does not use your personal data, connected social-platform data, or Google user data to train generalized or foundation AI models. Your content is used only to run the services you've asked for, including training your own Clone.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask IcloneU to do any of the following with your personal data. On the form these appear under What would you like to do?:
- Access a copy of my data — confirm what IcloneU holds about you and get a copy of it.
- Correct my data — fix data that's wrong or incomplete.
- Delete my data — have your personal data erased, where the law allows it.
- Receive my data (portability) — get the data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Opt out / withdraw consent — stop processing that relies on your consent, such as marketing.
- Object to or restrict processing — object to, or limit, how your data is used.
- Something else — any other privacy request; describe it in the details.
The exact rights you have depend on your local law — Mexico (ARCO), the European Union / EEA and the UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), or elsewhere. The form asks where you're located so the right rules are applied. EEA and UK users also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
How to submit a request
Open the data request page (also linked as Data requests in the site footer) and fill in the short form.
Tell us who you are
Enter Your full name and Your email. Use the email tied to your data so IcloneU can match it.
Say where you're located
Under Where are you located? pick your region — Mexico (ARCO), European Union / EEA (GDPR), United Kingdom (UK GDPR), California, USA (CCPA/CPRA) or Other. This sets which privacy law applies.
Choose what you want to do
Under What would you like to do? pick the right you want to exercise — access, correct, delete, receive, opt out, object, or something else.
Add the details
In Details of your request, describe what you're asking for and include anything that helps IcloneU locate your data. You can optionally add Information to help us verify your identity, such as the email or phone on your account.
Submit
Click Submit request. You'll see We've received your request along with a Reference number — keep it for any follow-up.
Only Your full name, Your email, your location, the right you're exercising and the request details are required; the identity-verification field is optional. The information you enter is handled under IcloneU's Privacy Policy.
What happens next
After you submit, Our privacy team will verify your identity and respond within the period required by the applicable law. You may be contacted to confirm your identity. Verifying identity protects you — it stops someone else from making a request in your name.
Exercising your rights is free. IcloneU may charge a reasonable fee or decline only where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
EEA & UK users (GDPR)
If you're in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, IcloneU publishes a dedicated European Privacy Notice (GDPR/UK GDPR) covering the data it collects, the legal basis for each use, international transfers, and your full list of rights. It supplements the general Privacy Policy and prevails for EEA/UK users where the two differ.
You can exercise your rights with the request form above, or by emailing IcloneU's Data Protection Officer at wecare@icloneu.ai with the subject GDPR Rights Request. IcloneU responds within one month, extendable by up to two further months for complex requests, in which case it tells you why. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
