Which stores does it connect to?
Shopify, WooCommerce and Mercado Libre are available now. Wix Stores, Tiendanube and Hotmart are in beta.
Does the payment go through IcloneU or through my store?
Through your store. The checkout link opens your own checkout, so the money, the fees and your payment methods stay the same.
Where does it answer?
In private chats on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, web chat and email. Also in public comments on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Product questions are answered in public. Photos, checkout links and order details are shared only in private.
Does it recognize my customers?
Yes. It verifies your customer's identity by their WhatsApp number, by your site's sign-in or with a one-time code. Without verification, a visitor gets an excellent shopping assistant, never someone else's order history.
Can it make up prices, discounts or availability?
No. Prices and stock are read from your store at the moment the customer asks, and a discount above your limit is not something it can offer. If it doesn't have the answer, it tells your customer.
Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The profile carries a visible AI identifier, and your Clone confirms it when asked.
What happens if it is asked something it doesn't know?
It hands the conversation to your team, and you choose when it should.
Will it sound like me or like a robot?
Like you. Your Clone learns from your information and the way you communicate, and it answers in each customer's language.
Do I need to know how to code? How long until it is ready?
No. You connect your store in a few clicks and can have it answering the same day.
What happens to my data and my customers' data?
